Attorney Bio
Davisha Pharms Terrell is a dedicated family and criminal law attorney committed to protecting her clients’ rights, freedom, and future. She earned her B.S. in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University and her J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Her passion for justice began with a desire to help underserved individuals navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system. Her own experiences with divorce and custody disputes led her to family law, where she now guides clients through some of life’s most difficult legal challenges with compassion and efficiency.
Davisha’s extensive legal experience includes serving with the Public Defenders office, working with the County Attorney for CPS, and practicing both solo and as a contract attorney. She has handled cases from consultation to trial, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the legal process. She believes in resolving matters quickly and effectively, encouraging mediation when possible but always prepared to fight for her clients in court.
Beyond her legal work, Davisha is a mother of three, remarried, and deeply connected to her community. As a breast cancer and domestic abuse survivor, she brings a unique level of resilience and empathy to her practice. She is down-to-earth, avoids unnecessary legal jargon, and focuses on providing clear, knowledgeable, and results-driven representation.
